Input Devices:
Input devices mean the devices which are used to enter data or instruction in the computer on any other system
The data may be in the form of text, picture, video and audio.

1- THE KEYBOARD:
The keyboard is an input device that allow the user to input data in the computer.
On the keyboard there are 3 main areas
1-Alphabetic keys area
2-Numeric keys area
3-Special keys, function keys

MOUSE:
Mouse is a pointing device that controls the pointer on your screen and perform some specific tasks
Like drag and drop, opening the folder, selecting the documents
This is the second type of Input devices.

- Rotate Wheel
- Press the wheel button for auto scroll
TYPES OF POINTING DEVICES:
- Trackball: Is an input device with ball on its Top for pointing the object
- Touchpad: Is also an input device, Its small in size and flat rectangular in shape. Basically it Built on the laptop and other small handheld devices
- Pointing stick: Is small size pointing device built-in the mid of the keyboard basically on laptops.
- Joy stick: Is an input device used for comfort of gaming
- Wheel: is also used for gaming comfort
- Light pen: Light pen is most interesting device. It works like a mouse on the computer for pointing with the detection of light.
- Stylus: Is used for entering data through graphics tablets. Mostly designers use it for their comfort. It convert handwriting into graphics.
